What do you get when you combine two of the illest mustaches in the game? Juan Huevos and Debmaster.
Since we first discovered the Briefcase Rockers, LTD. label through Lazer Sword, we have yet to be disappointed with anything they like. Good taste all around. Tonight we’ve got Juan Huevos and Debmaster on the mind. Huevos brings Josh Martinez or Aesop Rock to mind, coming with his own style on the instrumentals of course. On the other hand you’ve got Debmaster, who is sort of like Flying Lotus meets J Dilla (although, yeah, of course Fly Lo gets lots of inspiration from Dilla’s music). We also know that lots of people are inspired by Dilla, but it’s tough to try and pin any artist with comparisons to others.
At any rate, enjoy these couple tracks and videos from Huevos and Debmaster.
